When you make a purchase, our payment partner ([Razorpay / Instamojo]) collects your name, email address and payment details directly, in order to process payment and deliver your Product. We receive your name, email address and order details from them — we do not receive or store your card, UPI PIN or full bank details at any point.
If you contact us directly (by email or the contact form), we receive whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, email address and message.
We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not send marketing email unless you've separately agreed to receive it.
